THE FOLLOWING CASES WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY ACCORDING TO THE REGULATIONS
- The device does not have a warranty card or handover record. The warranty card and handover record have had their information altered, pieced together, and torn.
- The product is deformed and no longer in its original form from the manufacturer.
- The devices no longer have the original warranty stamp of the manufacturer or distributor. Warranty stamp has been modified or inaccurate, torn, blurred...
- Using the wrong voltage, exceeding the device's capacity or causing fire, explosion, falling, dents, cracks, punctures, scratches...
- Damage caused by natural disasters, animals, insects or user error.
- The warranty period stated on the voucher and equipment handover record has expired.
